How to Purchase
Here are a few points to note about purchasing products from our store:
Items can be purchased directly while you browse, using the secure and convenient PayPal store. To use the PayPal store, you will require either a credit card (Visacard, Mastercard, Bankcard), or a current PayPal account. You don’t need a PayPal account to purchase from the store with a credit card.
If you want to establish a PayPal account, you can apply for one from within the Croaking Environment Resources checkout... note that PayPal accounts are free for buyers, and setting up an account only takes a few minutes. With over 85 million accounts in 55 countries, PayPal is a trusted and secure way to shop online.
If you don’t wish to buy products online, you can print and complete the order form, and post it to us with a cheque or money order. If this doesn’t suit, please email us to arrange another option.
We try to keep all products in stock at all times, but demand does fluctuate. If we are out of stock on an item you purchase, we will notify you of this. Items placed on back order will be sent out as soon as they become available. In such cases, no additional postage charges will be required.
Shipping Charges.
Because we bear some of the costs involved in postage and handling, our shipping costs are extremely competitive. We charge for postage and handling using a flat fee method, as follows:
Some products (e.g. bulky items) may have additional postage charges included in the sale price.
Terms and Conditions.
All goods are shipped via Australia Post. For orders outside Australia, please email first to determine postage and handling costs. We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days, and if there are expected delays (e.g. products out of stock) we will inform you by email. If you do not receive your order within 5 working days, please contact us. Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of Croaking Environment Resources. Digital media is non-returnable.
